The Foundation for the Investigation of Independent Claims Handling (STONOS) is convinced that integrity is the basis of trust . We see opportunities to implement this principle in practice through guaranteed independent claims settlement.
Independent Claims Settlement is built on the pillars of Integrity, Empathy and Indemnity. Application of this leads to a settlement process in which the injured party is really central. Honest, transparent and focused.
